Affordable Housing Options

Montgomery Mill Apartments is proud to offer a variety of affordable housing options for income-qualified households. In order to be eligible for any one of these programs, the household's gross annual income must be within the guidelines listed below. 

Please note these apartments are affordable, but do not provide rental subsidy. Applicants must be able to afford rent and utilities or have a tenant-based rental voucher. Please contact our leasing team with any questions regarding eligibility.
